(REduce, REuse, REcycle)

ReReRe Plastics works to educate on the environmental impact of single-use plastics. We promote the banning of single-use plastic bags, straws, and polystyrene take-out containers in the Phoenixville Borough and surrounding townships. You are welcome to join us for our monthly meeting.

On January 9, 2024, the Borough of Phoenixville’s Council members passed an ordinance prohibiting retail establishments from providing single-use plastic bags and non-recycled paper bags to their customers beginning January 1, 2025. Click here for more information.

ReReRe Plastics Working Groups holds monthly meetings on the first Tuesday of the month from 7 to 8 pm. This is a hybrid meeting. If you are concerned about our community's use of plastics, please join us at First United Methodist Church, 865 Main Street, Phoenixville or on zoom.
